When you’re working fields at higher speeds and need clean, consistent soil mixing, this 18-inch hi-speed sweep delivers the performance you’re looking for. The wider cutting width and aggressive 54-degree shank angle help you cover more ground while maintaining good soil penetration and residue flow—perfect for those days when time is everything.
What You’re Getting
- 18-inch wide cutting surface that handles high-speed tillage without plugging
- 1/4-inch thick steel construction built to withstand rocks and tough field conditions
- 54-degree wrap-around shank design for better soil flow and reduced wear
- Three-hole mounting pattern with two 7/16-inch holes on 2-inch centers plus one center 5/8-inch carriage bolt hole
- Direct bolt-on replacement that fits most cultivator shanks
Built for Real Farm Work
This sweep works great on field cultivators, chisel plows, and other tillage equipment where you need to move soil fast and clean. Whether you’re working corn stubble, preparing seedbeds, or doing fall tillage work, the wide profile and aggressive angle keep material flowing smoothly even at higher ground speeds.
Made to Last
SMA builds these sweeps from quality steel that’s heat-treated for durability. The 1/4-inch thickness gives you plenty of material to wear through, and the wrap-around design distributes stress better than flat sweeps so they last longer in rocky or abrasive soils.
Good to Know
These come packed in bundles of five, so you can replace a section at a time or keep spares on hand. The three-bolt pattern gives you a secure mount that won’t work loose, and the center carriage bolt helps prevent the sweep from twisting under load. Check your shank angle before ordering—this 54-degree design is more aggressive than standard 47-degree sweeps.
